Groundwork and Foundations
Every new build starts with the ground, and getting foundations right is critical to everything that follows. We carry out groundwork and lay foundations suited to the site conditions, working closely with building control throughout. This stage sets the standard for the rest of the build, so we take particular care over it before moving on to the structure above ground.
Managing the Build Programme
New build projects involve many trades working in sequence, from groundworkers and bricklayers to roofers and electricians. BuildWell Oxford coordinates this programme so each stage follows on smoothly from the last, keeping the project moving and reducing the delays that can come from poorly managed scheduling. You get one point of contact overseeing the whole build.
Finishing to a High Standard
A new build is only as good as its finish, and we take the internal and external finishing stages just as seriously as the structural work. From plastering and flooring to external brickwork and landscaping, we complete new builds to a standard that is ready to live in from day one, with nothing left half done.
